2.4 Gallon Rubber Mounted Sportster Tank. Dimensions: Tunnel length 16", Tank width 9", Tunnel height (4.5" at front, 1" at rear), Tunnel Width 2.125", Overall Height 7.5". Tank uses SCREW IN gas cap and 13/16" nut (22mm thread) female petcock.Even though these tanks are pressure tested from the factory. We recommend sealing any custom tank with POR15 (Part #105-0169) or Kreem Tank Sealer (Part #105-0002) before painting. It is cheap insurance and we use it on every bike that we build. Also assure there is no stress on the tank our mounting hardware when tank is mounted.
