Family history has it that these were a pair of cup and saucers given to my great grandparents as a wedding present in 1891 – understood to be French china. Very fine and slender cup handles. Pale blue decoration on white background. No makers mark. Measures about 16cm high /6 inches. No obvious cracks or chips, but I am not an expert.
