Beautiful antique set of six porcelain plates by Thomas Minton & Sons, produced in Stoke-on-Trent, England. The set includes four matching medium plates, one larger plate, and one smaller plate, all decorated in an elegant Imari-inspired palette of deep cobalt blue and warm iron-red/orange on a white ground, finished with a delicate gilt rim. The design features scrolling foliage, stylised floral motifs, and a central floral medallion framed by geometric border detailing. This classic pattern reflects late 19th-century English porcelain heavily influenced by Japanese Imari designs. These plates display beautifully as a decorative grouping, cabinet display, or wall arrangement, and would also appeal to collectors of Minton or English transferware porcelain.
