Vintage Belleek Lucky Irish Leprechaun on Mushroom Figurine 6th Mark- Ireland. In Irish folklore, the leprechaun is a mischievous fairy that finds and hoards pots of gold that may be found at the end of the rainbow. Belleek captures the fairy with his pot of gold atop a toadstool in this porcelain with cobb yellow lustre figurine.
At the base on the front is imprinted 'Good Luck'; the side Gaelic 'I believe' and the back 'Irish Leprechaun'. Add a luck charm to your decor.
Preowned in very good condition with no chips or damage. Belleek stamp 6th mark - 1965 - 3/31/80 on underside. Measurements approximate - 5 3/8" H ", base 2" x 3".
